The Butterflies are in a white laquer frame behind glass. Did the best I could with the photos. Damage during our move. There are defects in the frame. Frame can be repaired and paper can be re-flattened.
The waves in the paper are natural effect of watercolor paintings and not a defect. The paper can be pressed flat for framing.
